He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmiro Fazzi and Angela Fazzi (Santoro); his wives, Rose Fazzi (Quinto) and Grace Fazzi (Peters); his son Paul Fazzi; and his siblings, Grace, Davina, Mary, Victor, Patrick and Peter.
He is survived by: his son Carmine (Melissa); his stepchildren, James Kelly (Diane) of Bedford, MA, Robert Kelly (Barbara), Nancy Kelly and Dennis Kelly; his grandchildren, Carmine, Paul, Alex, Angela, Nicole and Danielle; and his great grandchildren, Carmine, Melanie, Anthony, Raymond, Samual, Lillian, Braxton, Bobby and Addison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
