She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayward Haley and Ruth Haley (Cyr); her husband Paul Tilley; her children, Richard Herbest Jr., Thomas H. Herbest and Debbie Herbest Valenoti; and her brother Harold Haley (Susan Haley).
She is survived by: her daughters, Rosemarie Webster (Rich Whitlock) and Lisa Sutherland (Dwayne). She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren, and 3 Great Great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home (28 Elm St, Bucksport, ME 04416). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Prospect Community Center (962 Bangor Rd, Prospect, ME 04981).
