Martha F. McLain Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2021, at the age of 87, Martha F. McLain of Searsport, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Jones and Louise Jones of Darien; and her siblings, Brendon Jones and Marylin Jones. She is survived by: her former husband Hans Burkard; her husband Joe McLain of Searsport; her sister Marie Cerda of San Diego; and her children, Dwight Burkard (Pat) of Otisfield, Kitty Mitchell (Ben) of Winterport and Paul Burkard (Connie) of Stockton Springs, Maine.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a celebration of her life will be scheduled for a later date.
