He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fairbrother and Jessie Fairbrother (Frazier); his son Brian Fairbrother; his grandson Derek Anthony Perkins; and his brothers, Jim, Joe, Marvin and Percy.
He is survived by: his close friend Laura Kilby; his children, Forest Fairbrother (Amy), Tarrence Fairbrother (Bettyanne), Kelly Hall, Jessica (Greg Talgo), Jason Kilby and Mark Hoag; his grandson Nicholas Kahriman; his sisters, Ruby Laskey, Lois Browne (Bill) and Cathy Susan; and his former wife Harriette. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many many friends.
