He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kenneth Perkins and Nellie Clapp; his wife Marie Perkins (Mallard); and his son-in-law Ronald "Goldy" Goldstein. He is survived by: his children, Scott Perkins of Searsmont, ME, Cheryl Mallard of Searsmont, ME, Robert Perkins (Irene) of Springfield, ME and Rebecca Hewett of East Winthrop, ME.; his grandchildren, Lea Goldstein (Ben) of Cumberland Foreside, ME and Noah Goldstein (Erin) of Scituate, MA; and his great grandchildren, Ari and Ophelia.
