He is survived by: his wife Kelly Pemberton (Dyer); his sons, Eric James Pemberton of Scarborough and Austin Colin Pemberton of Scarborough; his siblings, Theodore "Ted" Pemberton (Danielle) of Yarmouth, Patricia "Patty" Wallace (Clark Ward) of St. Petersburg and Linda Erickson (Keith) of Scarborough; and his sister-in-law Virginia Pemberton (Warren Litchfield) of Scarborough. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
