He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Boothby and Barbara C. Boothby (Townsend); his daughter Lisa Huntress; and his pet Daisy. He is survived by: his wife Janice Boothby (Beaulieu); his children, Stephanie Boothby and Jon Boothby; his son-in-law Jim Huntress; and his siblings, Larry Boothby and Bonnie Rand. He is also survived by extended family and many, many friends.
