Phyllis A. Helton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Helton in Scarborough, Maine, who passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Miller and Laura Miller (Johnston); her sister Shirley Tapley (Wendell); her son Steven Helton; and her nephew Michael Tapley.
She is survived by: her husband William Helton of Scarborough; her daughters, Victoria Helton, Angela Helton of South Portland and Andrea Helton of Somerville, MA; her brother Robert Miller (Penny) of Washburn; her daughter-in-law Tami Helton; her grandsons, Paris and Jesse Helton of Boise, ID; her niece Pamela Pryor (George Ayoob) of Fort Fairfield; her great-niece Emily Ayoob; her son-in-law Pierre Ambrosino; and her grandchildren-in-law, Simone and Antoine of New York City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her honor.
