With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John H. Duffey of Scarborough, Maine, who passed away on May 8, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James Hoyt; his former wife Carole Anne (Fournier); his brother David; and his stepgrandson Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Burke; his daughters, Vicky (Roberts), Valorie and Karen (Emond); his stepdaughter Pamela (Burdwood-Hout); his sister Brenda McGlynn of Baltimore; his grandchildren, Jessica, Heather (Roberts-Hanson), James Jr., Shea, Valorie and Karen; his great grandchildren, Cassandra, Sasha, John and Patrick; his grandchildren, Deanna, Kozma of Scarborough, ME, John Scott and Stephanie of Crawfordville, FL; his great grandchildren, Ian, Xander, Ellianna and Trinity; his stepdaughters, Maryellen Burdwood of Elgin, TX and Pam Burdwood-Hout of Wintersville, OH; and his stepgrandchildren, Michael and Mallory. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, friends.
