She was predeceased by: her parents, Arol Hawkes and Agnes Brown (Andre' Boucher); her children, Stephen Boucher and Christina B. Bonnar; and her siblings, June Monahan, Arolyn Fish and Arol Hawkes Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Pritchard (Donald Windham), Cynthia Swaney (Christopher Alfred) and Judy Boucher Gorham; her grandchildren, Lea, Phillip, Allison, Heather, Benjamin, Alexander, Kimberly and Kevin; her great grandchildren, Alexandria, Cassandra, William, Mia-Marie, Gianna, Bodie, Skylar and Emma; and her brother Edwin Hawkes. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Anthony's/St. Hyacinths Parish and the Windham Historical Society, honoring Janice's commitment to her faith and her love for local history.
