With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline L. O'Neal of Scarborough, Maine, who passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Pepin and Eva Pepin; and her spouse Freddie O'Neal of Sulphur. She is survived by: her daughters, Christina O'Neal of Maine and Kathryn Rogers of California; her grandchildren, Taylor, Morgan, Ian Lamarre and Eva Rogers; and her cousin Madeleine Monteiro.
