He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted and Ione; and his siblings, Erna, Ann and Hugh.
He is survived by: his wife Carole (Jazwiecki); his children, Scott Mainella (Joanne), Lisa Mainella (Hans Gundersen) and Lauri Dugas (Marc); his grandchildren, Sarah, Lars, Tim, Sophie and Eli; his siblings, Carmeen and Ted (Mary); and his caregiver Stacy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
