He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Mitchell and Margaret Mitchell (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Dianne Mitchell (Conner); his children, Loren Mitchell of Montross, VA and Tracy Lussier (Richard Lussier) of Groveland, MA; his grandsons, Jacques Lussier and James Lussier; and his sister Evelyn Cookson of Dover-Foxcroft.
