Decker of Sangerville, Maine, born in Waterville, Maine, who passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Decker and Lulu Decker (McKechnie); and his brother Harry G Decker. He is survived by: his siblings, Connie, Christine, Jodi and Wally; his children, Frank Jr., Angela, Mary, Grace, April, Sandi, Mike and Sally; and his grandchildren, Jasmine and Aaron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
