She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen French (Woodbury) and Harold Ellingwood, Jr.; and her sons, Jeffrey, Garfield and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth "Brad" of Dover-Foxcroft, Joseph (Susan) of West Yarmouth, MA and Lorraine Boston (Clayton "Sonny") of Sanford. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lary Funeral Home-Dover (62 Summer St, Dover-Foxcroft, ME 04426). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dorothy's memory may be made to American Legion Post 29, 112 Park Street, Dover Foxcroft, ME 04426.
