He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Jay (Frye) and Joshua A. Jay; his siblings, Ashton, Elijah and Harlow; his grandparents, Jason, Pamela Frye, Ken and Cindi Jay; his aunt Jessica Womack; his uncle Alec Frye; and his grandfather Butch Lemieux (Carolyn).
