He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Toomey (Power); his parents, Francis "Frank" Toomey and Marie Toomey (Vigneau); and his brother Gerald Toomey. He is survived by: his daughters, Colleen Toomey (Christoper Czifrik) and Heather Toomey; his stepson Jason Power; his siblings, Jean Toomey Woburn and Francis Toomey (Lena); his former wife Elaine Toomey (Pratt); his nephew Corey Toomey; his niece Nicole Haggerty (Todd Wells); and his pet Scoop. He is also survived by many close friends and family.
