He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Deshaies Legendre (Gerard); his stepfather Alberic; and his siblings, Lynn Deshaies Nelson and Alberic "Ricky" Legendre. He is survived by: his significant other Leo J. O. Gagne; his children, Lori Flynn (Richard), Michael Gagne (Debra), Anthony Gagne and Melissa Theriault (Rusty); his grandchildren, Aaron Flynn, Riley Flynn, Kayla Gagne, Noah Gagne, Sydney Gagne, Ian Theriault, Ava Theriault and Emelia Theriault; and his siblings, Keo Deshaies, Danny Deshaies (Paula), Donna Coreau (Wayne), Lisa Legendre, Carlene Parker (Ray), Kathy Black (Mark), Samantha Newman and Rodney Legendre (Denise). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
