He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elwyn Randall and Hilda Randall (Moss); his significant other Harriet; his siblings, Tom, Hilda, Norman, Ken, Bob, Jean, Rita, Shirley and Linda; his siblings-in-law, Muriel Randall, Howard Acker and Beverly Acker; and his children, Melissa Gilbert (Danny), Priscilla Miller (David) and Jeffrey Randall (Christine). He was also cherished by six Grandchildren and seven Great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, if someone would care to give a gift in Cliff's memory, he asked that it be to Acton/Shapleigh Lions Club, St Georges Episcopal Church, or Hospice of Southern Maine.
