He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Chalk and Esther Chalk; and his wife Aline Chalk. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Page (David Page) of Sanford; his grandchildren, Matthew Page and Brinn Page; and his great grandchild Braelynn Aiken.
