It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Madeline Marie Chase (Sanford, Maine), who passed away on September 4, 2018, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Jason Chase; her parents, Eric Smith and Nancy Smith; her brothers, Wyatt Smith (Beckie), Nathaniel Smith (Kristina), Matthew Smith, Micah Smith (Bethany) and Theron Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Gwendalyn, Isis, Violette, Andrew, Moses, Sunny, Shiloh and Polly.

In lieu of flowers/cards a donation in her name can be made to the: Tim Tebow Foundation.
