He was predeceased by: his parents, John Whittaker (Jack) and Helen Whittaker (Johnson); and his siblings, Norman Whittaker, William Whittaker and Sandra Whittaker Dwyer.
He is survived by: his stepmother Barbara Whittaker; and his sister Maureen Ouellette of Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
