He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn V. Carter, II (Evans); his stepfather Donald Tutor; and his friend Eric Howes. He is survived by: his father John David Carter II (Sharon) of Auburndale, Florida; his siblings, Garry Junkins (Nancy) of Sanford and Terry Gray (Carl) of Alfred; his close friend Chris Yates; and his nieces and nephews, Amy, Stephen, Eric, Jessica, Jared, Chris, Candace and Jeremy.
A Private Graveside Service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery and those attending must wear a mask and be mindful of social distancing.
