He is survived by: his wife Helen Goodwin of Sanford; his children, James Goodwin, IV (Tricia Pence) of Webster, Daniel Goodwin (Tara Marie) of Marlborough and Brenda Goodwin (Will Martin) of North Waterboro; his grandson Dylan Martin; and his siblings, Helen Russell, Janice Harris, Allen Goodwin, Lawrence Goodwin, Daniel Goodwin and Kenneth Goodwin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
