Williams, Tracy LaFleur and Stacy Welch; and his siblings, Lou Ann Peare, Douglas Welch of Biddeford, Frank Welch, Kathleen Welch of Lyman, Keith Welch, Robert Welch of Springvale and Claude Welch of Manchester, NH.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
