He was predeceased by: his former wife Sandra Manfredi. He is survived by: his wife Janice Longfellow; his children, Carl III, Larry, Eric, Steve and Sandy Sanquedolce; his stepchildren, Sandi Santino and Gary Santino; and his brothers, Pat and Stephen. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Kidney Association may be made in lieu of flowers.
