It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lily Beckett (Saint George, Maine), who passed away on February 28, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lily Beckett to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Virgil Beckett, Jr.; her son Terrance Beckett; and her brother Bruno Peterson. She is survived by: her parents, Bjorne Peterson and Ina Peterson (Korpinen); her son Arnold Beckett (Julie) of St. George; her sisters, Dagmar Robbins of Warren, Clara Reed of Friendship, Astrid Weaver of St. George and Ingrid O'Brien (Peter) of Martinsville; her grandchildren, Ryan Beckett of St. George, Shawn Beckett (Amy) of Thomaston, Jennifer Beckett St, Jessica Beckett and Aaron Simmons of Bremen; and her great grandchildren, Brent Beckett, Seth Beckett of Thomaston, Carly Simmons and Blake Simmons of Bremen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
