He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ouellette and Omeril Ouellette (Jandreau); his former wife Laurette Ouellette (Lamarre); his wife Mary Ouellette (Small); and his siblings, Valerie Pelletier and Lewellyn Ouellette.
He is survived by: his children, Belinda Michaud of St. John, Barry Ouellette (Paula) of Fort Kent and Lee Ouellette (Ann) of Fort Kent. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
