He was predeceased by: his parents, Hampy Theriault and Ernestine Theriault (Bouchard); his children, Wayne, Randy, Lisa Theriault of St. Agatha, Glen Theriault of Fort Kent, Duane Theriault (Pauline) of St. Agatha and Kim Bellefleur (Leroy) of St. David; and his siblings, Armande Bourgoin, Raymond Theriault, Geraldine Castonguay, Phyllis Ouellette, Clarence Theriault, Lester Theriault, Geneva Pelletier and James Theriault.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene (Gagnon); his grandchildren, Kyle Morin of Fort Kent, Paige Theriault of Frenchville, Tyler Theriault of Fort Kent, Cody Theriault of St. Agatha, Melanie Bellefleur of St. Agatha, Riley Theriault of Farmington, CT and Bailey Bellefleur of Madawaska; his great grandchildren, Luke Morin and Holden Lavoie; and his siblings, Richard Theriault (Betty) of Fort Kent, Herman Theriault (Claire) of Fort Kent and Sandra Carter (Kim) of Winslow. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
