He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Simard and Marguerite Simard Charland (Armstrong). He is survived by: his wife Karen Brooks; his children, Cynthia St Onge (John) and Hilarie Allie; his grandchildren, Leah, Grace, Ruby and Jack; and his brother Rene Simard (Sharon). He is also survived by 3 nephews, a niece, many cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leo's memory to the Parkinson's Foundation.
