Though Jane Lorraine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jane Lorraine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Priscilla A. Ducharme and Laurent R. Ducharme; and her former husband Ray I. Gowell. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah A. Powers (Gregory R. Powers) of Saco; her granddaughter Amanda J. Powers of Lyman; her nieces, Judy Gosselin and Elizabeth "Betsy" Vallee of Auburn; and also Mary Gowell of Auburn.
A prayer will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Peter's Cemetery (217 Switzerland Rd, Lewiston, ME 04240).
