It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip E Julian (Sabattus, Maine), born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on March 2, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Jeri Elliott (Thomas), Janet Stamboules (George), Laura Anderson, Bob Julian, David Julian (Tara), Tracy Love (Stephen), Susan Lansley (Scott), Diane Burns (Todd), Ruthann Weece (Joe) and Philip Julian (Sherri); his brother Joe Julian of Bloomington, IL.; his wife Barbara Julian; his parents, Marius Julian and Marie Julian; and his siblings, Paul Julian, Harold Julian, Robert Julian and Ruth Hinshaw.
