She was predeceased by: her aunt Patricia Olesak; and her uncle Scott Walker. She is survived by: her husband George of Buckfield; her sons, Nathan Perkins of Lewiston, Milan Bickford of Sabattus and Dylan Bickford of Buckfield; her grandson Gabriel Bickford of Sabattus; her mother Judith A. Bolduc; her stepfather Richard of Lewiston; her father Russell D. Perkins; her stepmother Wendy of Plainville; her sister Lori Perkins of Bonita Springs; and her niece Katie Fisher of Lewiston.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Kim's name to the Heart of Hope Charitable Fund, or the PIPS (Pretty in Pink Survivors of Breast Cancer).
