He is survived by: his children, Stacie Oakes of Rumford, Shannon Oakes of Manchester, NH, William Signor (Jamie) of Berlin, NH and Wayne Oakes; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Wright of Derry, NH, Dallas and Zander Wright-Cray of Ossipee, NH; his siblings, Larry Oakes of Lawrence, MA, Calvin Oakes, Robert Oakes (Laurie) of Readfield and Tamara Raycraft; and his siblings-in-law, Theresa Lemay (Michael) of Rumford, Crystal Touchette of Rumford, Donna Touchette of Rumford and Poochie Touchette (Karen) of Rumford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
