He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glendon Canwell and Evelyn Canwell (Pingree); his wife Bernadette Byron; his children, Jennifer Voter (Sal) of Utah, Trisha Giasson (Nick) of Biddeford, Katelynn Giasson (Bryce) of Andover, Amy Giasson (Mark) of Mexico, Daniel DiBenedetto of Rumford and Gregory Giasson (Ivy) of Waterford; his sister Pamela Rideout of Mexico; his grandchildren, Maddalena Voter, Nikayla York, Carl Touchette, Jr., Dominic DiBenedetto, Hayden Miller and Emma Ryan Giasson; his great grandchild Zavier Rodriguez; and his uncle Rodney Canwell.
