He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Kellogg (Niles) and Lena Kellogg; his wife Lillian Buotte of Mexico; his stepmother Thelma; his siblings, Katherine, Adelaide and Lewis; and his son-in-law Dean Frazier.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Jr. (Kathy) of Rumford, William (Dorrine) of Roxbury, Corinne Frazier of Mexico and Craig (Kelly) of Round Rock. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
