She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Buotte and Nina Buotte (Gaudet); her siblings, Colleen Buotte, Vivian Buotte, Judy Wood, Beverly Waugh, Elaine Gurschick, Norman, Clarence, Thomas and Dennis Buotte; and her son-in-law Dean Frazier.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Kellogg, Sr. of Rumford; her children, Corinne Frazier of Mexico, Robert, Jr. (Kathy) of Rumford, Craig (Kelly) of Round Rock, TX and William (Dorrine) of Roxbury, MA; and her brother William Buotte of Mexico. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
