It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Richard Shea (Rumford, Maine), who passed away on December 15, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ronald Shea and Laura Shea; his wife Barbara Gamble; his stepmother Charlotte Dalton Shea; and his siblings, William Shea, Agnes Serafin and Jack Dalton.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Shea of Rumford, Timothy Shea (Brenda) of Brunswick and Cynthia Jergel (Robert) of South Glastonbury, CT.; and his grandsons, Patrick, Ryan Jergel of Brooklyn, NY and Cullen Shea of Brunswick, ME..
