She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Beck and Ellen Beck (Aldrich); her husband Victor Pond; her daughters, Diane MacLeod and Donna Chrisomalis; and her siblings, Betty Brown, Ruth Renihan, Charles, Alton and Gordon.
She is survived by: her children, Victor Pond II (Sandra), Goldie McPhaul (Richard) and Sheila Stinson (James). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and by several nieces and nephews.
