With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edgar Bernard of Rumford, Maine, who passed away on February 21, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Papa; his children, Sara Perry (Larry) of Rumford and Eric (Belinda Hutchinson) of Westbrook; his grandson Oliver Perry (Ashley) of Turner; his sister-in-law Alice Ceranowicz of Florida; his wife Dorothy Martin of Mexico Maine; his son Steven; and his siblings, Doris Carr, Luetta Thibodeau, Martha Fournier, Sr., Gloria Bernard, Therese Bourret, Omer, Olin, Louis (Pete) and Joe (Babe). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donate to the Rumford American Legion Post 24, 184 Congress St in his name.
