Puiia, Sr.; her husband E. Ray Swan of Tucson, AZ.; her children, Nick Jr. (Kim) of The Villages, John (Judi) of Tucson, Jim (Jennifer Meade) of Baltimore, MD, Tom (Linda) of Rumford, ME, Carlo (Paula) of Rumford, ME, Mary LaPointe (Robert) of Rumford, ME, Catherine Frechette (Gary) of Biddeford, ME and Susan Puiia (Robert Chambers) of Stratford, CT; and her siblings, James Arsenault (Judy) of Dixfield, ME and Janette Orino (Ted) of Rumford, ME. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
