He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizear Henry and Jeanne Blouin (Robert); and his wife Arlene. He is survived by: his children, Laura Qualey (Joseph) of Oakland, ME, Steve (Debbie Radcliff) of Rumford, Michael (Kelly) of Dixfield, Melanie Cyr (Barry Bunten) of Roxbury, Andrea Howard (Stephen) of Portsmouth, NH and Jessica Patterson (Duane) of Rochester, NH; his sister Simonne Suggs of Washington; and his sister-in-law Janette Blouin of South Rumford. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
