She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward MacDougall and Frances MacDougall (Curley); her husband John L. Batherson; and her siblings, Eva, Millie, Helen, Shirley, Dorothy, Art, Walter and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Andrea Lynn Batherson of York, Robert J. Batherson (Annette) of Mandeville, William E. Batherson of Westbrook and John G. Batherson of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Hayley Ferut (Batherson), Lauren Francis (Batherson), Will Batherson and Riley Batherson; her great grandchild Mitchell Ferut; and her brother Jim MacDougall (Irene).
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Parish of the Holy Savior St Athanasius St John Church for family and invited guests, due to COVID-19.
