He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Theriault (Dunton); his children, Donald Theriault Jr. (Holly), Rocky Theriault and Heather Mateus (Joseph); his brother Russell Theriault (Debbie); his sister-in-law Andrea Worster; and his grandchildren, Ashley Theriault, Jessica Theriault and Lily Mateus.
