She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Stairs and Lizzy Page Stairs; her husband Ted; her brothers, Wendell Stairs and Clayton Page; her children, Joette Deblois (David) of North Haven, Carrie Adams of Rockland and Sheldon Adams (Maritza) of Carmel; her stepdaughter Andrea Adams of North Haven; her sisters, Verna Brazier of Florida, Helen Moody of Monroe, Janie Smith of Morrill and Frances Huntley of Belfast; and her grandsons, Sean, Connor, Andrew, Anthony and Adam. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and a large extended family.
