It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Neil Perry Payson (Rockland, Maine), who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Herman Payson (Dynamite) and Amy Rackliff Payson; and his brother David Howard Payson. He is survived by: his children, Darren Neil Payson (Janet Oprendek), Laura Ritter and Jeffrey Neil Payson (Amanda); his grandchildren, Julia Payson, Tyler Ritter, Brody Ritter, Kelsey Payson and Aleah Shay; and his siblings, Joy Wyatt, Lisa Payson and Timothy Payson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home (110 Limerock St, Rockland, ME 04841). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Grammy's Park.
