He is survived by: his daughter Amber Higgins of Meriden, CT; his siblings, Carol Mills of South Thomaston, Mara Nadeau of North Yarmouth, Laura Johnson of Alexandria, VA, Jennifer Lauro of Perkinsville, VT, Patty Harrington of Hampton, NH, Julie McNaughten of Rockville, MD, Diane Dietrich of Alexandria, VA, Patrick Higgins of Windham, NY, Bill Higgins of Charlotte, NC and Tim Foster of Hampton, NH.; his aunt Dottie; and his uncle Bob Liberty of Owl's Head. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
