He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Adelaide and Clarence Flanders; his parents, Joyce Flanders Fogg and Gilbert Fogg; his siblings, David Fogg and Francis Warren; his siblings-in-law, Patty Fogg and David Pease; and his nephews, Craig and Jason.
He is survived by: his uncle Robert Flanders; his siblings, Brenda Firth (Jack) of South Thomaston, Debra Pease of Union, Guy Fogg (Pam) of Cushing, Albert Fogg (Norma) of Holden, Robert Fogg of Livermore and Margaret (Stan Sarnacki) of Swanville; and his brother-in-law Stan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an animal shelter or charity of your choice or to a memorial in Maynard's name in care of Maynard Fogg's savings account, at the Rockland Machias Savings Bank to help with a memorial stone.
