She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth; her close friend Jean Gillespie (Farrell); her grandsons, Arthur and Charles Shurcliff of Sharksmouth; her former husband Calvin Wallace Maddox; her husband Bill; her children, Ellen Kennedy Blanchard of Carver, MA, Jon Rice Maddox of Belmont, MA, Martha Jean Aucoin of Ashland, MA, William Stuart Maddox of Rockport and Robert Wesley Maddox of Ashland, MA; her grandchildren, Bethany Haller (Spencer), Melanie Davis, Stefanie Lam (Andrew), Timothy Blanchard (Kate), Grace Ginn Maddox (Millie Ness), Paul Mickens (Tom Handel), Rachel Methven (David), Rebecca Hain (Matthew), Marie Aucoin (Louis Ramos) and Terri Maddox; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Molly, Ryan, Jasmine, Wyatt, Adelaide, Elena, Liliana, Liam, Brenden, Audrey, Ethan, Arran, Davy, Maverick, Mikayla, Xavier, Ezekiel, Anastasia and Ariana; her great great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Asher; and also Joan Shurcliff.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rockland Congregational Church (180 Limerock St, Rockland, ME 04841). A reception was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
