He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ettinger and Karine Johnson Ettinger; and his brother Peter. He is survived by: his children, Sara, Angela, Jeffrey and Andrew; and his sister Carol Leighton. He is also survived by his grandchildren; nieces and nephews and cousins.
